Return Policy

Returns for in store credit. Unopened packages can be returned within 30 days from the from the shipping date for in store credit. Open or used ink jet refill kits can be returned (within 30 days from the shipping date) for in store credit provided no more than 20% of the inks have been used.

Returns for replacement.  Any non-OEM cartridge can be replaced for the same within (12) months from the purchase date if found defective by Computer Friends, Inc. On all OEM products warranty is provided directly by the manufacturer to the end user.

Returns for refund. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the shipping date. A processing fee of $10.00 is applied to returned orders and a re-stocking fee. Products must be returned in their original package and in saleable conditions. Important! No refunds or exchanges on TonerBuckets or laser printer/copier supplies. S&H is not refundable. Product bundles that include specialized software can not be returned. Chips, sold either individually or bundled, cannot be returned.  

To return merchandise an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained. Please connect to RMA Request Form.

 Packages cannot be accepted without an RMA #.
