A Brief History
All Toner Cartridges, located in Portland, Oregon, was founded in 1982.
Since then we have been offering our customers
innovative solutions to recharging their Dot
Matrix, Ink jet and Laser print consumables. We know how
important and costly time is these days and we make it
our business to provide quick and efficient service with
a variety of quality print consumables and effective solutions.
We pride ourselves in achieving and optimizing the
results our customers are looking for, which reflect our
reputation and commitment to our customer relationships.

Phone orders can be taken Monday - Friday, 8:00AM to
5:30PM PST (Pacific Standard Time). We accept
American Express, Diner's, Discover, Mastercard, and
Visa, as well as personal checks, money orders and
purchase orders. Orders can also be shipped COD or
on net terms. We look forward to assisting you,
our customer, in resolving any needs you may have.

Saving
Money
It's no
secret that the cost of printing can burn through your
wallet before you know what hit you. With our
state-of-the-art techniques allow you to easily and
cost-effectively refill your laser print cartridge. We
also carry already-refurbished toner/drum cartridges for those
who wish to save a few dollars, but perhaps aren't
mechanically inclined or terribly adventurous. The
toner we use both in our cartridges and in our toner powder recharge kits is an exact chemical match to the toner powder used by
the original manufacturers, so the only difference you
will notice will be in your bank account.
Privacy Policy
We
recognize the sensitive nature of your personal
information. We want to protect your privacy at
all times and have implemented the following privacy
policy for our customers.

will not sell, rent or trade your personal
information to anyone or any organization. We
also believe that excessive, unsolicited email has
no place in online business relationships. Computer
Friends uses email only to confirm orders or to
contact you regarding other matters related
specifically to your account. We do not sell our
email list to anyone for any reason including the
purpose of soliciting business from you.

credit card transactions and personal information
are submitted to us through a secure server protocol
(SSL). All credit card or check information
will be kept confidential between Computer Friends
and the customer. Evidence of this is in the
form of a lock icon which appears automatically in
the menu field(s) as you enter sensitive information
during your shopping. On completion of your
order your information is transferred to another
computer not connected to the Internet.
